Kantha Shelke is a principal at Corvus Blue LLC, a science and research firm retained by food and allied industries for competitive intelligence, expert witness services, new product/technology development and rapid market realization of foods and food ingredients for health and wellness. Her previous experience includes senior positions at ACNielsen, Ben & Jerry’s, Continental Baking, and Grand Metropolitan and faculty positions at various universities including a visiting professorship at MCI, Innsbruck, Austria. Kantha has appeared on television, radio and in print publications as a resource on food history and food science.
