Ashley Dombkowski’s BEFORE Brands Inc. aims to lead that transformation with a science-backed plan for parents to reduce the risk of a broad range of food allergies before they ever develop in the first place. Using carefully tailored strategies based on the latest research on allergen exposure and intellectual property exclusively licensed from the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford, Before Brands is creating products for parents ready to raise a generation of children who don’t want to worry that someone might bring a PB&J in their lunchbox to school.
