It is our goal to ensure the safety of and enjoyment for all attendees at The NBJ Summit. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the conference policies below.

Admission Policy

All persons planning to attend The NBJ Summit must be registered.

Spouse and Guest Policy

Spouses and guests from outside the industry are encouraged to accompany NBJ Summit attendees and enjoy the beauty of the Terranea Resort. A registered guest is welcome to attend the NBJ Summit breakfasts, lunches, evening cocktail hours and dinners, as well as the NBJ Summit  Activities.  A guest registration must be attached to a full attendee registration and a guest registration does not include any of the conference sessions or education. Please contact customer service with any questions.

Children

We encourage attendees to bring their families with them to the Terranea Resort. Family members will only be permitted at official events with a paid guest registration. We offer a family member registration for events only.

Literature & Product Distribution

Company promotion, sample and literature distribution by attendees must be done within contracted sponsorships and marketing opportunities or with prior approval from show management. The New Hope Network standards department review and approval is required prior to distribution of any materials.

No Smoking

All NBJ Summit areas are non-smoking. Anyone who wishes to smoke may do so in designated areas at the Terranea Resort. We appreciate your cooperation.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed at The NBJ Summit. The only exception is for service animals. Please contact Customer Service with questions.

Photography/Videography/ Audio Recording

Attendees are not permitted to photograph, record, or videotape any portion of the conference proceedings. Working members of the press are required to check-in at registration, in order to photograph and/or videotape at the show. No other photography, audio recording, or videography is permitted.

Attendees understand that Show Management or its authorized representatives may conduct interviews and may take photographs and/or videotape at The NBJ Summit. Exhibitors and attendees hereby grant to Show Management and its authorized representatives the absolute right and permission to use my name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any interview, image and/or photograph and any other indicia of persona (“Persona”) or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the World Wide Web and the Internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. Attendees agree they shall have no rights of review or approval, no Claim to compensation, and no Claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring, distortion or illusionary effect (whether intentional or otherwise) or use in any composite form of Persona and agree to release and hold Show Management and its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such use(s).

Application Approval

New Hope Network reserves the right to review, approve, or cancel your registration application.

Right to Verify Identity

Event badges are required at all times while attending all NBJ Summit education, events and activities.

NBJ Summit reserves the right to verify the identity of any persons, accepting and/or using an event badge. Any person found using another person's badge will have the badge confiscated and will be asked to correctly register or leave the premises.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

We understand there may be some hesitation to book hotels right away, however we have established a flexible cancellation policy with the hotel as well. A credit card is needed to hold your reservation, however you will not be charged until three weeks prior to the event. Hotel guests may cancel a reservation with no fees up to two weeks (14 days) prior to their scheduled reservation arrival date

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for any costs accrued through official NBJ Summit registration. Please review our Show Policies to be prepared for the in-person show. In the event that you cannot attend in-person, we encourage every attendee to join us on our virtual event platform so that you may still partake in the event.

Hold Harmless Policy

Attendees hereby agree to release and hold harmless Show Management, its employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, of any kind (Claim”) which arise out of or result from attendance at and participation in the conference, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, whether or not foreseeable.
